Once a particular customer's installation is pinned-down as to exact Make and Model of fixtures, faucets, flushometers, traps, etc. Watertown Supply can then supply an extremely valuable asset to the Maintenance Team-

Custom-designed Kits can be made up, in unbreakable steel case. These Kits contain the tools and Genuine OEM Repair Parts most commonly required to repair your plumbing or heating system. The Kits are normally designed for a particular building, wing or floor. Because of the high cost of your labor the COST-SAVINGS can be dramatic!

Instead of the Mechanic going back and forth twice from the shop to the problem (all the time, hoping that the correct part is in the shop) he/she simply takes the Master Kit along the first time, with a solid chance of having the tools and parts to make an immediate repair!.

These Kits are often made up with a MIX of different manufacturer's Parts, since it is common to have a mix of brands in a particular work area. Our Sales Staff will assist you in designing a particular Kit, or in setting up a Building Survey.
