extra "Special Services" to its established customers.
Here are
some of the many services, at No Extra Charge, which can assist you in
maintaining your facility- and saving many dollars on your own budget.
Custom
Catalog
While over
four years went into the development of our extensive Catalog/Handbook,
it does not contain all the items available from Watertown Supply.
That would
require a catalog the size of our own huge Repair Parts Library (about
the size of a pick-up trick).
In order
for each customer to have access to ALL the Repair Parts Drawings for
each site, Watertown Supply offers to established customers a supplemental
3-ring binder.
This separate
"Custom Catalog" would contain any Parts Drawings not shown
in this Catalog/Handbook, but required at your site.
Our Sales
Staff will assist you in filling this need.
Building
Survey
Due to the
complexities of modern Plumbing, Heating & Piping systems, you or
your staff might need assistance in identifying the exact model or method
of repair for a particular piece of equipment.
At your request,
we will send one of our experts, or a team if necessary, to your site
in order to inventories your facility. In this way our Sales Staff can
maintain a list of your equipment for future problem solving.
Special
Orders
In addition
to all the items contained in our Catalog/Handbook, any Plumbing, Heating
or Piping item may be ordered. Our Sales Staff will handle almost any
request from our established accounts.
"Hard-to-find",
"discontinued" and "back-ordered" (by others) items
are the specialty of our Sales/Purchasing Team.
Special
Shipping/Packaging
In addition
our daily shipping methods of - UPS, UPS/Blue Label. And UPS/Red Label,
Watertown Supply can ship Federal Express, RPI, Overnight Mail, Air Freight
or via any Common Carrier.
Should you
require special packaging (for example- we make special "Truck Packs"
for a national service company) just ask our Sales Team.
Special
Inventory
Watertown
Supply will bring into stock special inventory items - just for one individual
customer.
If your needs
are such that certain critical items MUST be available "off-the-shelf",
ask our Sales Staff about this Service.
Parts
- "Made-to-Order"
When older
parts are no longer available, Watertown Supply can often have a particular
part made. This could involve screw machine capabilities - casting, grinding,
chrome-plating, etc.
Unless WE
tell you it can't be done, you're still in the game!
Bin/Boxes
Watertown
Supply can assist your Storeroom Manager in setting up heavy-duty Bin
Boxes, and labeling them properly to maintain an adequate stock level.

Engineering
Consultation
Because of
our close relationship with so many quality manufactureres, Watertown
Supply has access to their Engineering Services.
We can arrange
to have experts come to your site to solve a particular Plumbing, Heating
or Piping problem. This can often save your facility the high cost or
hiring engineers on the open market.

Seminars

Supply's staff of professionals is available to train your staff - at
no charge!
Seminars
can be arranged at our headquarters or at your site on topics such as:
Water & Energy Conservation, Steam Trap Repair, ADA Compliance, Backflow
Preventer Repair, and many others.
Custom
Kits
Once a particular
customer's installation is pinned-down as to exact Make and Model of fixtures,
faucets, flushometers, traps, etc. Watertown Supply can then supply an
extremely valuable asset to the Maintenance Team-
Custom-designed
Kits can be made up, in unbreakable steel case. These Kits contain
the tools and Genuine OEM Repair Parts most commonly required to repair
your plumbing or heating system. The Kits are normally designed
for a particular building, wing or floor. Because of the high cost of
your labor the COST-SAVINGS can be dramatic!
Instead of
the Mechanic going back and forth twice from the shop to the problem (all
the time, hoping that the correct part is in the shop) he/she simply takes
the Master Kit along the first time, with a solid chance of having the
tools and parts to make an immediate repair!.
These Kits
are often made up with a MIX of different manufacturer's Parts, since
it is common to have a mix of brands in a particular work area. Our Sales
Staff will assist you in designing a particular Kit, or in setting up
a Building Survey.
